Implementing MI theory as a framework in the classroom is not easy, for educators need to be creative in their teaching, learning and assessment. They might challenge their previous assumptions, attitudes and knowledge regarding teaching and learning. This Unit attempts to provide ways of alternative assessment procedures that fall into the MI theory perspectives.
Participants will be able to:
Develop strategies to integrate into lessons so that student’s active participation, social engagement and wellbeing are promoted.
Identify ways to assess student’s learning through MI approaches.
