Achieving and sustaining high quality of life for children is a multifaceted and challenging task. It is an ambitious endeavor that requires synergies. In this unit the necessity for establishing a right’s-based approach for the promotion of Children’s Quality of Life (CQL) was discussed and Participatory Action Research (PAR) was proposed as the optimum approach to bring all stakeholders together (children, teachers, parents and community stakeholders) in a joint venture towards securing CQL in schools and the surrounding community.
